Request a Quote: To get a quote for your event, simply visit the Request A Quote section and fill out the necessary information. We will follow up with you after receiving your request.

Terms And Conditions: Before accepting any rental, please review the Terms & Conditions. All rentals must be secured with a deposit and a signed rental agreement. Tri-State Linens & Event Rental holds the right to change these Terms before Signing the Rental Agreement. Ask your representative for a copy if you are not able to open the above link.

Reserving Equipment: Quotes and proposals do not guarantee availability of rental equipment. Items will be reserved only upon receipt of a valid credit card number, and a signed rental agreement and a 25% deposit (cash, check, or credit card).

Delivery: We are happy to bring your rental items to your event and pick them up when you are finished. Delivery from Maryland, D.C., and Virginia, Metro Area rated within our delivery zones (call for information and prices). Delivery outside our zone, please call for a price quote.

Payment: Payment is accepted in the form of Cash, Checks, or any of the major Credit Cards. Full payment on all orders is due atleast 3 days before delivery or pick up. Orders that have not been paid in full will not be delivered or rented out.

Security Deposit: A security deposit may be required at time of reservation.

Deposits: Twenty-Five percent (25%) deposit is required on reservations over $500.00 at time of booking. Deposit are non refundable within 72 hours of the event. Any reservations without a deposit will be subject to removal if another customer pays for the rental items. A credit card is required for all orders over $500.00 for accidentals.

Cancellation: Cancellation before 72 hours of an event date will receive refund of all payments. All orders are pulled and considered complete 3 days before event date.

Rental Period: Rentals are by the day. Arrangements may be made for pickup/delivery before 4:00 P.M. the night before the event. Items must be returned by 4:00 P.M. the day after the event. All charges are from time out, whether used or not.

Customer Responsibility: Responsibility for rental items remains with the customer from delivery to return. Customers are responsible for all breakage and lost equipment, including containers. Any damages that may occur should be reported to the representative immediately. All damages will be charged to the credit card on file within 3 business days of the return date.

On-Site Services: All customers may retain the services of a Tri-state Linen & Event Rental employee during an event to ensure all items function properly and to solve unforeseen problems. We offer decorators as well as servers. Please call for more information and prices.

Event Planning: Let our event planners help with all the details of your next event. Planning services could include something as small as helping to determine table counts, Chefs, wait staff, Bartenders, Bus Boy, and Dishwasher. If you need something more all inclusive, we can do it all from invitations to ventures scheduling and more. Make sure every detail is taken care of with our creative and professional event planning services. Appointments with our event planners can be made by calling during business hours or by email.

Condition of Return Items: Prior to pick up or return, all equipment should be wiped down and stacked in a single location for convenient pick up. Any chocolate fountains, beverage fountains, chaffing dishes or other service items should be rinsed well and be food particle free. Items that are not clean upon return will be charged a cleaning service fee of $45.00. Linens should be dry and free of mildew and staining. Linens should be placed in provided bags. Please do not put linen in black garbage bags.

Additional Charges: Additional charges may apply if the site is not ready or accessible when the crew arrives, delivery or pick up is from any location other than ground level (upstairs or downstairs), all chairs and tables are not stacked, linens not bagged for pickup, food service items are not rinsed (food free), customer requires pickup before or after normal business hours and changes are made to an order after it had been invoiced and completed.
