How far in advance should I make my reservation?Answer:
The sooner the better, especially in busy months such as June, July and the holiday season. You should be ready to place your order a month or two in advance, or earlier for large scale events. A week or two is sufficient for small orders.
All orders must be secured with a 25% security deposit. The security deposit is in addition to the balance that is due on the day of the event. All orders must be paid in full on or by the day of the event.Question:

There are many companies on the internet and locally that rent linens. Make sure that you work with a company that provides a professional quality product. In this business, you get what you pay for. Can I make changes to the order?Answer:
Additions and changes to the order must be made 72 hours prior to delivery or pick-up and they are subject to availability.Question:
When do you deliver?Answer:
Deliveries are made on the day of the event or one day prior to the event. Our "Regular Delivery Service" is drop off and pick-up between our business hours. If you require more specific delivery arrangements we offer a "Specific Delivery Service" which will give you a 2 hour window for receiving your delivery. What is your Cancellation Policy?Answer:
When an order is placed we take off the items from our inventory for the date ordered, so they are not available for rental for any one else. If you cancel the order after placing we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee. It will be depending when you are canceling the order and also depends on the items. The minimum cancellation charge will be 25% of the order value. If you cancel within 48 hours prior the date of the delivery/pick-up it will be 50%. You will be charged the full amount if you cancel on the day of the delivery/pick-up. We also understand sometimes the cancellations are unavoidable and depending on the circumstances we may waive the cancellation fee.Question:
Do I have to be at the location when the delivery arrives?Answer:
You do not have to be home for a delivery if you been to our office and signed the order form and paid in advance. However, you must have a protected and secured area since you will be responsible for any loss or damage. If the delivery is to a commercial building or to out door we will need someone to be there to receive the delivery.
